1. Provider and scope

These Terms of Service apply to the Discord bots run through this BotHub instance (gitkljub.com) and to its dashboard (together, the "Service"). The provider is:

The Service is a private, non-commercial offering: it is free of charge, has no advertising and no paid features, and the provider does not seek to make a profit with it. There is no right to use it.

Source available, non-profit: BotHub is a source-available project (license: PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0, noncommercial use only), developed and run without the intention of making a profit. Original: github.com/Kljub/BothubV3. The source code is public: https://github.com/Kljub/BothubV3, so anyone can check what happens with data.

By adding a bot of this Service to a server, using its commands or features, or signing in to the dashboard, you agree to these Terms.

2. Requirements

• You need a Discord account and must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. They apply in addition to these Terms; where they conflict, Discord's terms prevail.
• You must be at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age to use Discord in your country.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only within the law. In particular, you must not:

• create, share or store unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexual content involving minors or otherwise harmful content (including through image, text or other generation features);
• infringe the rights of others, such as copyright, trademarks or personality rights;
• spam, send automated mass requests, or bypass limits, cooldowns and permissions;
• exploit security flaws, disrupt the Service or access other people's data;
• mislead others about the origin or purpose of the Service.

4. Server administrators

Whoever uses a bot on a server decides which modules, commands and plugins run there and is responsible for their settings and content. Server administrators make sure their members know the bot is used and that this use complies with Discord's terms and applicable law.

5. Content

Content you submit through the Service (for example messages, images, command input) remains yours. You allow the provider to store, process and display it as far as the feature needs. You are responsible for your content.

6. Plugins and third-party services

Some features use third-party services (for example image generation, media services, weather data). Their terms apply in addition. The provider of this Service has no control over their content or availability.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided without any guarantee of availability. Features may be changed, limited or discontinued, including when Discord or a third-party service changes its interfaces.

8. Suspension and termination

If these Terms or Discord's terms are violated, the provider may exclude users or servers from single features or from the whole Service. You can stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your server; for deleting your data see the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

As the Service is free of charge, the provider is liable only for intent and gross negligence. Liability for injury to life, body or health and under mandatory law (such as product liability law) remains unaffected. The provider is not liable for other users' content or for third-party services.

10. No affiliation with Discord

This Service is not operated, sponsored or endorsed by Discord Inc. "Discord" is a trademark of Discord Inc.

11. Changes to these Terms

The provider may change these Terms, for example when features or the law change. The current version is always on this page; the date above shows when it was last updated. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new version.

12. Final provisions

The law of the country where the provider is established applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. If a provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect.
